Pre-seed to Product-Market-Fit
As the first and only designer and researcher focused on user-centered product development, I lead a rebranding for the company. In two months after the launch, the home page bounce rate decreased from 47% to 32% and the exit rate decreased from 41% to 29%. The sign up to pilot conversion increased from 21% to 28%.
On the product side, I created and owned the process for user research from usability studies to formative interviews. I conceptualized and designed product features based on PMF surveys and user research insights; increasing engagement metrics by 200%-300% with various features I helped conceptualize and ship.
